About the Client:

Our client is a leading business in Saudi Arabia (Eastern Province) who operate in the Oil & Gas industry. We are helping them to hire up to 30 experienced QC Supervisors and Inspectors with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Coating.

You must be CBT Certified and Aramco approved.

Job Summary:

The QC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all quality control activities related to mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and coating works on offshore projects. This role demands a highly experienced individual with a strong understanding of quality control principles and practices, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of QC specialists.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
Review and approve inspection and test reports.
Identify and resolve quality issues and non-conformances.
Maintain accurate and complete quality control documentation.
Provide technical guidance and support to the QC team where appropriate.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Manage and control all aspects of Aramco quality requirements.
Train and mentor QC inspectors.

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in quality control, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
Proven experience in the offshore or marine industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation or coating quality control practices.
Excellent understanding of relevant industry standards and codes.
CBT Certification is essential.
Aramco Approval is essential.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in the use of quality control software and tools.

QC Supervisors and Inspectors: 6 months ON, 15 days OFF (paid) with return tickets.
