About the Client:
Our client is a leading business in Saudi Arabia (Eastern Province) who operate in the Oil & Gas industry. We are helping them to hire up to 39 Riggers at all experience levels.
You must have a valid Saudi Aramco Rigger certificate/card.
Job Summary:
We are seeking 40 highly skilled and certified Riggers to join our client for projects in Saudi Arabia. This recruitment includes positions for Rigger I, Rigger Foreman II, and Rigger III, each requiring specific levels of experience and certification. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing rigging and lifting operations, ensuring safety and compliance with Aramco standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities (Vary by level)
- Rigger I (Basic):
- Perform basic rigging tasks under supervision.
- Inspect rigging equipment for defects.
- Use and maintain rigging equipment safely.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist in lifting operations.
- Rigger Foreman II (Intermediate):
- Perform intermediate rigging tasks with minimal supervision.
- Select appropriate rigging equipment for lifting operations.
- Calculate load capacities and center of gravity.
- Coordinate with other team members during lifting operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Rigger III (Advanced/Foreman):
- Plan and execute complex lifting operations.
- Supervise rigging teams and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Develop lift plans and risk assessments.
- Interpret load charts and crane operation manuals.
- Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure all Aramco standards are met.
- General Responsibilities (All Levels):
- Maintain accurate records of rigging activities.
- Participate in safety meetings and training.
- Adhere to project specifications and Aramco requirements.
- Working on oil rigs, platforms, and construction sites.
Qualifications and Experience (Vary by Rigger Level):
- Required (All Levels):
- High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
- Valid Saudi Aramco Rigger Certificate/card.
- Experience with a wide range of rigging equipment such as slings, chains, hoists, cranes, and winches.
- Rigger I:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in rigging.
- Rigger Foreman II:
- 5-10 years of experience in rigging and lifting operations.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Rigger III:
- 5-10 years of experience in rigging and lifting operations.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience managing rigging crews and overseeing complex lifting projects.
- Aramco Certified Rigging Foreman.
- Preferred (All Levels):
- Technical Certification in Rigging, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Practical experience in working with different types of equipment, including oil rigs, cranes, offshore platforms, and construction sites.
