This role is designed for a detail-oriented engineer who thrives on technical variety—ranging from complex excavations to the design of sophisticated load-bearing systems for both modern developments and historical renovations.
The firm is known for its "end-to-end" approach, meaning the successful candidate will be involved from the first sketch through to the final site inspection.

- BIM Implementation: Execute projects using Digital Twin and BIM-based workflows to ensure high-precision planning.
- Technical Management: Prepare cost estimates, technical reports, and comprehensive tender packages for local and regional projects.
- Liaison & Consulting: Serve as the technical link between the client, architects, and public authorities to ensure smooth project approvals.
- Project Governance: Maintain strict oversight of budgets, construction schedules, and internal quality standards.

- Language: Professional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement for this location.
- Mindset: You are an analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex structural puzzles and collaborating in a diverse team environment.
Benefits & Environment
- Career Path: Benefit from a structured mentorship program where senior leads provide direct support on complex projects.
