Our client is a leading international manufacturer in the Tobacco Industry, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative/Executive to join their team.

Key Role Details

  • Location: Based in the thriving commercial hub of Dubai, UAE.
  • Sector: Tobacco Manufacturing/Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) – High-volume manufacturing and export.
  • Mission: To expand the company's international footprint and drive sales growth across key export markets.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with international distributors and clients.
  • Identifying and penetrating new export markets to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and negotiation through to order finalization and coordination with logistics teams.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensuring all sales activities comply with rigorous international trade regulations and company standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following non-negotiable experience and attributes:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2-5 years) in a Sales Representative or Executive role within the Tobacco Manufacturing industry (essential).
  • Demonstrated expertise in export sales and international trade, including familiarity with global distribution networks and customs procedures.
  • A strong understanding of the dynamics and competitive landscape within the niche product category (e.g., knowledge of high-volume, regulated manufacturing processes is a significant advantage).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
