A prominent multinational entity in the Consumer Goods and Tobacco Manufacturing sector is seeking a highly strategic Marketing & Branding Manager to lead brand management and marketing initiatives from its Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be the guardian and driver of the brand, responsible for:
- Strategic Planning: Developing and executing comprehensive marketing and brand plans that align with commercial objectives.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensuring consistent, strong brand identity across all markets, channels, and communications.
- Product Presentation: Managing the entire lifecycle of packaging and product design, ensuring market appeal and regulatory compliance.
- Promotional Campaigns: Leading the planning and implementation of effective promotions to maximise product visibility and drive consumer engagement.
- Market Alignment: Collaborating closely with the Sales team to ensure cohesive market positioning and successful product launch execution.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5–8 years of dedicated experience in marketing and brand management.
- Industry Focus: Mandatory significant experience gained within FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or the tobacco industry is required.
- Expertise: Proven ability in strategic planning, brand development, packaging design oversight, and managing external creative partners.
- Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent leadership, and superior communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
