Are you an experienced HR professional with deep knowledge of UAE labour law and operational excellence?

A leading multinational entity within the Tobacco Manufacturing/Consumer Goods sector is seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to oversee comprehensive human resources functions across its key operations in Dubai and Umm Al Quwain (UAQ).


Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will take ownership of critical HR operations, including:

  • Talent Acquisition: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to secure top-tier talent for operational roles.
  • Payroll & Compensation: Accurately administering the monthly payroll cycle for operations in Dubai and UAQ.
  • Policy & Compliance: Developing, implementing, and enforcing robust HR policies while ensuring strict compliance with all UAE Federal Labour Law requirements.
  • Workforce Planning: Supporting strategic planning related to organisational structure, performance management, and effective utilisation of human capital.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6–10 years of progressive HR management experience, with a proven track record in operational and strategic HR.
  • Industry Background: Prior experience in the FMCG, tobacco, or a closely related manufacturing/consumer goods industry is strongly preferred.
  • Legislation: Expert-level working knowledge of UAE Federal Labour Law is essential.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills. Must be discrete, highly organised, and results driven.

Salary & Opportunity:

  • Remuneration: An attractive monthly salary package is offered between AED 15,000 – 20,000, commensurate with experience.
