Our client is a leading service provider in the field of building technology and facility management. As a Swiss family business, they are present at more than 20 locations throughout Switzerland.

Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) projects. Your main duties will include:

Project Management: Managing the organization, implementation, finances, and technical aspects of HVAC projects.
Financial Oversight: Creating project quotes and controlling costs to ensure projects remain on budget.
Collaboration: Actively participating in site and coordination meetings with clients and teams.
Timeline Management: Monitoring and controlling project deadlines to ensure timely completion.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven background in HVAC project management. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar project management role.
Education: A completed professional training as a CFC heating building technology designer or an equivalent qualification. Continuing education in ventilation and air conditioning is a significant plus.
Skills: A stress-resistant, team-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
