The Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a specialization in transport infrastructure to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will lead and contribute to diverse projects involving traffic engineering, road construction, railway infrastructure, and tunnel equipment. You will be instrumental in developing innovative and sustainable solutions that connect communities across Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead complex transport infrastructure projects from the initial concept through to final implementation.
Conduct feasibility studies and create detailed designs for roads, railways, bridges, and tunnels.
Manage project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
Apply your expertise in areas like traffic flow analysis, structural design, and tunnel safety systems.
Coordinate with clients, authorities, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our team's shared knowledge base.

Your Profile

A university degree (MSc or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
Proven professional experience in planning and implementing transport infrastructure projects (roads, railways, tunnels).
In-depth knowledge of relevant Swiss norms, regulations, and standards.
Proficiency in engineering software like CAD, BIM, and traffic modeling tools.
Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluency in French and/or German is a mandatory requirement.
