The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle Project Leadership: Manage the planning and execution of HVAC projects for diverse building types, encompassing both the construction and industrial sectors.
- Project Governance: Maintain full accountability for project targets, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, budgetary constraints, and delivery schedules.
- Strategic Consulting: Support clients through every project phase—from strategic planning and feasibility studies to final commissioning and system optimization.
- Innovative Engineering: Develop conceptual designs that prioritize technical feasibility and long-term economic efficiency for the property.
- Team Direction: Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality technical output.
Your Professional Profile
- Academic Background: Degree in HVAC Engineering or Building Technology. A technical diploma (SSST), Technician HF, or HS/FH in the field of RCVS/HVAC is highly advantageous.
- Industry Experience: Several years of proven project management experience specifically focused on the planning of building technology systems within the Swiss market.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Swiss laws and technical regulations governing plant construction and HVAC systems.
- Linguistic Mastery: Excellent German skills (spoken and written) are required. Proficiency in English, French, or Italian is considered a significant asset for interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Digital Literacy: Practical experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling) and modern digital planning methodologies.
