Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead large-scale, multidisciplinary railway engineering projects from initial concept through to execution and handover.
Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted partner to high-profile clients, providing insights that align technical solutions with long-term business goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate integrated teams of engineers, digital specialists, and sustainability experts to ensure seamless project flow.
Commercial Management: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure high-quality, profitable delivery.
Innovation & Best Practices: Promote the use of advanced digital tools and sustainable methodologies to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

Your Profile

Experience: Significant background in managing complex railway projects
Technical Foundation: A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or similar) or equivalent professional experience.
Mindset: You are a natural collaborator who values diverse perspectives and acts with integrity and accountability.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
