The Role

This position is designed for a technical professional who thrives in a fully digital design environment. You will be responsible for the high-fidelity modelling of hydropower facilities and hydraulic structures, contributing to a workflow that utilizes 3D data as the primary source of truth from design to the construction site.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Modelling: Create and manage complex 3D models for national and international hydropower and hydraulic projects.
  • BIM Methodology: Actively participate in project development using model-based workflows, ensuring high data quality and technical accuracy.
  • Technical Coordination: Collaborate with a global network of specialists, helping to synchronize modelling work across international satellite offices.
  • Structural Integration: Partner closely with project managers and structural engineers to translate engineering requirements into intelligent digital models.

Your Profile

  • Education: Completed vocational training as a Draftsman (EFZ) or a degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Technical Mastery: Solid, professional-level knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
  • Software Toolkit: Proficiency in Dynamo, Civil3D, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Industry Background: Previous experience in hydropower, heavy civil engineering, or underground mining is highly advantageous.
  • Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in German and English; ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural team environment.
  • Work Ethic: A collaborative, collegial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and quality.
