They are currently seeking a dynamic Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary cell in Vaud.
The Role
This position is designed for a Civil Engineer who excels at the intersection of technical design and project governance. You will be the primary driver of regional infrastructure mandates, ensuring they are delivered with technical precision, financial rigor, and a focus on long-term sustainability.
Core Responsibilities:
- Project Governance: Direct the technical and financial management of road and/or rail infrastructure projects, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Team Leadership: Lead a dedicated project cell consisting of engineers and technical drafters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Specialist Integration: Act as the central point of contact, coordinating with internal centres of expertise and specialized departments to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Sustainable Design: Systematically integrate sustainable development principles and environmental best practices into project analysis and execution.
- Stakeholder Relations: Manage communications with clients and external partners, representing the firm’s technical standards at a regional level.
Your Professional Profile
- Education: A Master’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a Swiss Federal Institute of Technology or University of Applied Sciences (EPFL, HES, or an equivalent international qualification).
- Expertise: A proven track record in the management of significant infrastructure projects, ideally with a background in Swiss highway or railway standards.
- Personal Attributes: A dynamic and organized professional with a natural flair for human contact and a collaborative team spirit.
- Linguistic Mastery: Native or professional-level fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
