                         Role Overview 
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electronic Engineer to join our client's manufacturing team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and optimal performance of all electronic equipment, automation tools, and control systems within the manufacturing facility. The engineer will be responsible for diagnostic testing, repair coordination, and continuous improvement of electronic infrastructure. 
Key Responsibilities 
Maintenance, Operation, and Reliability 
- Ensure the correct technical operation and uninterrupted functionality of electronic equipment, electronic computers, components, and automated monitoring, control, and regulation systems.
 
- Participate in the development of long-term and current plans/schedules for work, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment.
 
- Prepare equipment for operation, perform technical inspections of devices and assemblies, and monitor parameters and reliability of electronic elements to timely detect and eliminate malfunctions.
 
- Conduct adjustment and tuning of elements, units of electronic computers, and other electronic equipment and devices.
 
- Organize and perform preventive and routine repair works, ensuring all work is timely, high-quality, and compliant with approved company documentation.
 
 
Diagnostics, Testing, and Commissioning 
- Perform repair and testing of electronic equipment, components, and automation tools, strictly adhering to operation and maintenance instructions.
 
- Check the technical condition of electronic systems during preventive inspections and current repairs, and participate in the acceptance and mastery of newly commissioned electronic equipment and automated units.
 
- Conduct test checks to detect malfunctions and implement corrective action promptly.
 
- Carry out repair and adjustment of particularly complex equipment control, management, and automation systems.
 
 
Documentation and Compliance 
- Regularly complete and maintain critical documentation, including the Instrumentation Repair Logbook, and inspection records for process equipment safety systems and control sensors.
 
- Draw up applications and necessary calculations for the purchase of electronic equipment, control and automation means, and spare parts.
 
- Organize accounting and analysis of equipment failures related to the electronic and automation systems, and develop measures to reduce process equipment downtime.
 
- Develop and improve Quality Management System (QMS) documents within their competence, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001.
 
- Ensure compliance with all labor protection, fire, and industrial safety norms and requirements.
 
 
 
Required Knowledge and Skills 
The successful candidate must possess a deep understanding of: 
- Electronic Systems: Technical and operational characteristics, design features, purpose, and operating modes of industrial electronic equipment.
 
- Maintenance Management: Organization of repair maintenance and methods for developing work plans/schedules and reporting on their implementation.
 
- Automation & Software: Automated information processing technology, formalized programming languages, existing number systems, ciphers, codes, and basics of mathematical support and programming.
 
- Quality and Safety Standards: Foundational requirements of ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and internal labor regulations.
 
- Compliance: Regulatory legal acts and other methodological materials pertaining to the operation and repair of electronic equipment.
 
- Troubleshooting: Methods for timely detection and elimination of electronic malfunctions and failures.
