Our client fosters a dynamic work environment where teamwork and personal growth are core values. ________________________________________ The Role: Activities & Responsibilities As a Senior Infrastructure Technician, you will play a key role in the technical design and coordination of infrastructure and structural projects. You will be responsible for the following activities: • Coordinating and ensuring the technical design of large-scale infrastructure and/or structural projects. • Preparing comprehensive submission documents. • Managing works and acting as a site supervisor or project manager's delegate (DLT). • The role will require you to work on construction sites located in the Vaud and/or Valais regions. ________________________________________ What You Bring • A Technician ES diploma in civil engineering planning or an equivalent qualification. • Mandatory: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the execution of infrastructure works in Switzerland. • A background in civil engineering drafting (e.g., a CFC in civil engineering drafting). • Proficiency in key software, including Office 365, Messerli, and MS Project. • Proficiency in drafting software, with a minimum requirement of AutoCAD. • Fluency in French is a key requirement • A high level of professionalism, autonomy, and the ability to work effectively within a team. • A strong grasp of SIA standards and their application. ________________________________________ What We Offer • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy flexible working hours and the option to work remotely for up to 60% of your time. • Attractive Compensation: In addition to a competitive salary, 13th-month salary, profit sharing, and loyalty bonuses. • Lifelong Learning • Health and Well-being: • Career Opportunities: • Sustainable Mobility: We support the use of public transport with an annual credit for travel and the reimbursement of business trips.
