The Role

We're looking for a Project Manager to take on the full responsibility for the planning, execution, and delivery of our smart city projects. You will ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This is a pivotal role where you will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee the seamless integration of advanced technologies like IoT, AI, and data analytics into urban infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience within the Saudi Arabian construction or technology sectors, along with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Leadership: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, lead project execution, and handle all risks and issues.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and vendors, serving as the main point of contact for all project-related matters.
Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of engineers and IT professionals, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of smart city technologies and ensure the implementation of data security and privacy protocols.
Quality & Safety: Ensure all projects meet our high standards for quality and safety.

Your Profile

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or a related field.
10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong preference for experience in Saudi Arabia's construction or technology sectors.
Proven experience managing complex projects, ideally in urban development or smart cities.
Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is a mandatory requirement.
