The ideal candidate will be passionate and creative, eager to set new standards in software development. About the Role This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of logistics software. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the new and continued development of cutting-edge transport and logistics software applications with a distributed architecture. They will engage in full-stack development, leveraging C#/.NET in the backend and TypeScript and Angular for the frontend. Close collaboration with development and infrastructure teams will be essential for defining appropriate software architecture and participating in requirements workshops. A key aspect of the role will also be the continuous optimization and performance improvement of existing applications. What We're Looking For The successful candidate will possess a completed apprenticeship in computer science and/or a degree (FH/HF, Uni, ETH) in computer science or business informatics. A minimum of four years of professional experience with C#/.NET software development is required. Familiarity with TypeScript and Angular is essential, and knowledge of Microsoft Azure is considered an advantage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for solving complex problems with elegant solutions and leveraging the latest technology. They should be an out-of-the-box thinker who readily contributes new ideas, and the ability to work independently and responsibly is a given. As an open-minded and quick-thinking individual, the Senior Software Engineer will thrive in an agile and collegial environment, comfortable working according to Scrum methodologies and within flat hierarchies. Advanced German language skills (C1 or higher) are also required.
