The Role

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager specializing in Hydropower to join our hydraulic engineering team in Bern. This is a key role where you'll contribute to a wide range of power plant construction and structural hydraulic engineering projects.

As a trusted advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, developing sustainable, innovative solutions in collaboration with project partners. You will take full responsibility for project management, including:

Project Leadership: Efficiently managing costs, schedules, and contracts.
Team Coordination: Guiding your team and supporting their professional development.
Client Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships and helping to acquire new business.

You'll work alongside an experienced team of specialists who will support you in your daily tasks.

Your Profile

A university degree (ETH/FH) in Civil Engineering with a specialization in construction, hydraulic engineering, or geotechnics.
Proven experience in project management within power plant construction and structural hydraulic engineering.
A passion for structural and/or geotechnical challenges.
A structured, independent, and reliable work style.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A strong, service-oriented mindset.
Fluent German is a mandatory requirement.
