The Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in Civil and Hydraulic Engineering to join our team. In this role, you will apply your expertise and passion for site management across a wide range of infrastructure projects.

You will be involved in all project phases, from early planning to final implementation. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Strategy: Supporting planning teams by developing construction processes, managing materials, and creating detailed cost estimates.
Tendering: Preparing precise specifications for all master builder tenders.
On-Site Management: Taking full charge of construction management duties, ensuring seamless coordination, strict adherence to quality, cost, and safety standards, and timely completion of all project deadlines.

As the primary on-site contact for clients, you will be supported by a skilled team of civil and environmental engineers.

Your Profile

A degree or equivalent technical training in Civil Engineering, with a focus on construction management or technology.
Proven experience in civil or hydraulic engineering projects.
A structured, independent, and reliable work style.
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented personality.
Adaptability regarding the location and timing of work assignments.
Fluency in German is mandatory.
