Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer who is a Saudi National with a strong background in building, deploying, and managing scalable and secure digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in OpenShift, playing a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining containerized application platforms and CI/CD pipelines. This role is critical to accelerating our clients’ digital initiatives and ensuring the continuous delivery of innovative solutions for the real estate sector.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Saudi National (Mandatory Requirement).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar role.
Demonstrable expert-level proficiency and hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP). Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
In-depth knowledge and practical experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Solid experience with Linux system administration.
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack).
Understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and cloud-native architectures.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with database administration (SQL and NoSQL).
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Experience in a government or public sector environment.
Certifications in relevant cloud technologies or DevOps practices.
